Payment
• Please be advised that deposits are non-refundable.
• The full balance of the course is payable 14 days prior to the start of the course. If this payment has not been made and you have not entered into an Instalment Payment Plan with Permanent One Limited then you will not be able to attend the course. Once the full balance is paid or if it is within 14 days of the course start date, it is subject to a 100%
Cancellation charge.
• Payment for the course is non-refundable but you may be able to reschedule in accordance with the terms below.
• There will be no refunds for missed attendances at courses or workshops.
Rescheduling Courses
• If you need to reschedule your course you must give us a minimum of four weeks notice.
• At Permanent One Limiteds discretion, you may be allowed to reschedule your course within four weeks of the Course if
there are extenuating circumstances such as severe illness
or bereavement. However, please note that you will be required to provide proof to the satisfaction of Permanent One Limited. The courses are extremely expensive and it is difficult to find replacement students at the last minute so we hope you understand.
• In extreme and unforeseen circumstances, Permanent One Limited reserves the right to reschedule courses
• If an additional training date that is booked needs to be rearranged you need to give Permanent One Limited four weeks notice. If you fail to do so, then you will have to pay for the training day in any event.
Including: advanced techniques, new techniques and microblading.
Assessments and Case Studies
• You are required to complete 6 case studies within 3 months of your course date, they must be submitted to your trainers by this time, failure to do so will incur a charge of £250 per month they are late, failure to pay for the late charge will result in no feedback or qualification given until all debts are cleared.
Student assessments are scheduled upon completion of your case studies. You must sit your first assessment within 6 months of your course date.
• If you need to reschedule your assessment, you will need to give four weeks notice. Failure to give four weeks notice will result in a £250 charge to you regardless of whether it is your rst, second or third or any other assessment attempt.
• If you fail to attend an assessment day then you will be charged for it in any event in the sum of £250.
• Your course fee includes up to twelve months support.
• If you do not take and pass your assessment within twelve months of the course, then you will be charged for additional training and support at £250 per month thereafter until you have passed your assessment.
• Your course fee will include up to three assessments attempts for that course in the event that you do not pass on the first assessment attempt. If you have not passed your third assessment, then you will have to pay for any additional assessments at £250 per assessment.
• If the student has failed three assessments and received all extra tuition available, a conversation will be held as to whether the student is capable of doing the treatment correctly and whether the learning should be terminated to avoid any additional costs to the student.
